The beauty about these 4 ingredient chicken bites is that the Cheez-Its provide the delicious cheesy taste as well as the crunch everyone wants in a chicken finger. You simply crush the crackers in a large Ziploc bag with a rolling pin. This is fun stuff! The ranch seasoning gives it all the flavor it needs.
Serve these little chicken bites as an after school snack, appetizer, lunch or even for dinner with ranch dressing for dipping. Don’t forget to add a little fiber in there with carrot sticks, celery or anything else that goes well with ranch.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping. Yum!
It's best NOT to place the chicken directly into the crumb mixture bag as the crumbs will eventually get soggy, making them difficult to stick to the chicken. Use your fingers to sort of pour the crumbs over each piece of chicken over the bag for best results.
