A quick and easy side dish for a party or potluck!
Adding pasta to any salad pretty much makes it a meal. It’s a cheap and easy way to make it go much further! It’s also really filling and delicious. Essentially, you could do this with just about any salad and you’ve got a simple side dish everyone will love. It’s an excellent recipe idea for BBQ’s, potlucks, parties, family gatherings or even served as a meal with a little grilled chicken.
Add grilled chicken to make it a meal.
If you buy the bagged pre-cut and washed lettuce, this recipe is a breeze! The hardest part is cooking the pasta which only takes 10 minutes. You could even do that the day before, and then that’s all you have to do is toss everything together and serve.
Be sure to toss with a good quality caesar dressing. It makes all the difference! I like the LiteHouse brand.
