- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

After that, all you have to do is mix the ingredients together, place the batter evenly into a lined muffin pan, and then bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Simple and surprisingly delicious.

- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line or grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and box of spice cake mix until well combined.
Evenly distribute the batter into your prepared muffin pan (the cups should be about 3/4 full).
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. The tops will start to turn brown and a toothpick should come out clean.

- You can also add about half a cup of mix-ins to the batter such as pecans, chocolate chips or raisins.
- The cake mix is already sweetened, so make sure you are using a can of pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
