1stick of butter(1/2 cup)
1/3cupgrated parmesan cheese
1+tbspMontreal steak seasoning(or seasoning of choice)
1poundpetite red potatoes
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Add a stick of butter to a 9×13 baking dish or large sheet pan.
Place the baking dish in a cool oven.
Turn oven to 400° F and let the butter melt as the oven preheats; remove the pan once the butter is melted.
While the butter is melting, wash and cut the potatoes in half.
In a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese with 1 tbsp of Montreal steak seasoning, or the seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs, etc.).
Evenly sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the melted butter.
Place the potatoes cut side down onto the pan right on top of the parmesan and seasoning mixture.
Spray the tops of the potatoes with non-stick spray (or brush them with oil) and sprinkle on a little more seasoning.
Bake uncovered in the center rack for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
These potatoes can be made in a large baking dish or sheet pan as long as the sheet pan has a big enough lip to contain the butter.
