This easy recipe makes me feel like I’ve pulled off something special without exhausting myself! Add these mini sandwiches to your dinner rotation and you've got a quick meal always ready for you and your family to enjoy on busy weeknights.
Cook the chicken nuggets according to the package instructions.
Set the oven to 350° F and butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Using a large serrated knife, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally leaving the individual rolls attached, and place the bottom half into your prepared dish. Pop it in the oven to cook for about 3 minutes to get a little toasty.
Remove from the oven and top each bun with a cooked nugget followed by the sauce.
Lay the sliced mozzarella over top and then cover with the top half of your buns.
Combine the melted butter with the seasonings and brush a generous amount over the top of the uncooked sandwiches.
Sprinkle grated parmesan over top and then COVER the dish with FOIL.
Cook for 15 minutes and then remove the foil and continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes and then simply pull them apart and enjoy! You're going to love that cheese pull. :)
