A unique way to eat pasta! This may sound a little strange, but it's SO GOOD! Dip these delicious pasta chips in marinara sauce for the best crunchy snacks. They make for fun after school treats or served on family movie night when everyone is craving something salty and yummy.

Ingredients
2cupsdry bow tie pasta(farfalle)
1tbsp olive oil
1/2cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tspItalian seasoning
1/2tspgarlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
warm marinara sauce(for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F and grease a large sheet pan.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. It should be fully cooked, NOT al a dente so that the center is tender once baked.
Drain the pasta and toss it with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp).
Evenly arrange the pasta into a single layer on your baking sheet. Bake for 18-24 minutes (tossing half way through).
Enjoy immediately with warm marinara for dipping!
Notes
You can also make these in your air fryer! Set the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times every few minutes.
Any kind of bite-size pasta can be used such as penne or rigatoni.
